Add 1 cup of vegetable oil.
Add 2/3 cup water into the jar. Wait 30 seconds until the water has mostly settled to the bottom.
Crack and shake one glow stick until it is completely lit up. *Contents of glow sticks may be dangerous if ingested
Holding the glow stick upright, take scissors or a knife and cut off the top of the glow stick. * Use caution when using scissors or knife.
Empty contents of the glow stick into jar. Do not mix or stir. Repeat steps 3-5 with the second glow stick.
