Introduction: Glow in the Dark Playdough

How to make glow in the dark playdoh the best and easy glow dough! No cream of tartar and no cook playdough with glow in the dark paint by beforeandaftertv. All you need is:
3 cups of flour
1 cup of water
1 cup of salt
2 tbsp oil
6 oz of glow in the dark paint, non toxic
food coloring

I LOVE the smooth texture of the playdough and was able to divide the 3 balls of main substance into enough little balls to use 8 different colors of food coloring. Even though they look different in the bottle, two of the colors turned out the same: the red and neon pink and the blue and neon blue. Even when I added more drops of coloring, the difference in the balls was not noticeable. BUT, even after using 6 oz. of the glow in the dark paint, NONE of the balls would glow - even with loading the playdough under a lamp and using a darkened room and black light. Can't imagine what I did wrong. Still love the colors and consistency of the playdough even if it doesn't glow in the dark.
