About: I am a teacher who enjoys environmentally responsible woodworking. Most evenings will find me in the shop working with my now 8 year old son Shay who is both my greatest helper and biggest fan.
I made this as a surprise for the prom committee girls here at school. They had just asked for a table to go with their "Night in the lights" theme lounge. Well that sounded boring so I took their dimensions and created a flashing 2013 light up table for them. The table will be raffled off to the student body after the prom with the other prizes for those who stay. The raffle has been very effective at cutting down the post-prom drinking and baby making.
