Gluten Free Meringues


Introduction: Gluten Free Meringues

These meringues are made out of only two ingredients egg whites and sugar. Both of these ingredients are easily found around the home. Just beware of one thing, they will be gone! On the outside they have a thin layer of cooked egg whites, in the middle they are just like marshmallows! Tastes just like marshmallows! Great for a birthday party!

Step 1: Gather Ingredients


3 large egg whites

1/4 cup sugar

Step 2: Whisk Egg Whites and Sugar

Whisk until like a foamy pudding.

Step 3: Put Meringues on Cookie Sheet

NOTE : If you want your meringues to be in a certain shape than this is the time to shape them. Shape them using frosting tips.

Step 4: Bake

Bake meringues at 250 F for 1 hour, then let cool and enjoy!
