Introduction: Gluten Free Protein Cookies
A delicious and easy to bake treat in just 20 minutes!!!
Step 1: Ingredients
For this recipe you will need six large dates, one large egg, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips,1/8 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract, 1 cup of almonds and 1/4 cup of chocolate protein powder.
Step 2: Soften Dates
Soften your dates in a cup or bowl of warm water.(While you are doing these steps preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.)
Step 3: Take the Pits Out of the Dates
Simply take the pits out of the dates and you will be ready for step 4.
Step 4: Add Your Dates and Almonds to Your Food Processor
Step 5: Blend
Blend your dates and almonds until it gets to a crumbly consistency.
Step 6: Add Your Sea Salt, Baking Soda and Chocolate Protein Powder and Mix
Your batter will now still be a grainy consistency.
Step 7: Add Your Egg and Vanilla
Mix and your batter will now become a clumpy consistency.
Step 8: Add Your Chocolate Chips and Mix
Step 9: Scoop Batter Onto Pan
Scoop 1 inch balls of batter onto your baking pan.
Step 10: Flatten
Cookies do not expand.
Step 11: BAKE!!!!!!!!
Put you batter in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit and bake for ten minutes.
Step 12: ENJOY!
