Could this recipe be made without the use of egg?or can you substitute something in place of the egg?
Can we use any leafy vegetable in place of rocket leaves(since it is not available in the area I live in) like lettuce or spinach?
and by "goats cheese" which variety did you specifically mean?
and lastly, what other combination of nuts can we use in this recipe?
I would greatly appreciate it if you would be able to clarify my doubts:-)

Sounds very interesting. I think I'll try it!

I make a similar salad with goat cheese, pears, walnuts, tomatoes, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and romaine lettuce. You saute the pears in caramelized sugar, then pour the 'glaze' over some crushed walnuts. Sprinkle all the ingredients over the romaine and sliced tomatoes; finish with a dash of salt.
