Bake your own cookies at home with antioxidant rich goji berry super fruit!
Step 1: What You'll Need for 20 Cookies
Here's a list of ingredients required:
- Goji 25 g
- Flour 250 g
- Medium sized egg
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Bicarbonate/Baking soda 1.5 g
- Fine salt 1 pinch
- Butter (softened) 90 g
Note: 1 oz = 28.3 gram
Step 2: Twisk Butter, Add Sugar
Twisk the butter soft and add sugar and salt. Then kneed it thoroughly.
Step 3: Stir in the Eggs & Add Baking Soda
Now stir in the eggs and add baking soda. Continue to kneed again.
Add flour and goji berries. Kneed again.
Step 5: Refrigerate, Slice & Bake
Wrap the dough in transparent foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once done, cut it in slices or use your own shape molds to form the cookies. Since it's almost xMas we're using xMas themed molds ;)
Once done, they're ready to go into a 180 C (356 F) degree oven for 15 minutes.
