Plain yogurt - 250 ml
Flour - 100 grams
Sugar - 2.5 teaspoons
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Oil for pan frying
Combine 250 ml of plain yogurt, one egg, 2.5 teaspoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add 100 grams of flour and mix.
Heat some vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed sauté pan. Spoon the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to absorb the access oil.
