Step 1: Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
Step 2: Recipe
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Create a well in the center and add in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix all ingredients until smooth.
Heat up a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter carefully onto the pan.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
