A fairly simple, but refreshingly delicious recipe that's best for potlucks and small parties.

Step 1: Ingredients

- 4lbs of seedless grapes - 12oz cream cheese - 8oz sour cream - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 scant cup brown sugar - 1 scant cup chopped pecans It's not essential to the recipe, but it looks better if you get multiple kinds of grapes. The recipe calls for 4lbs, but I always get a little extra in case some are rotten or I just want some grapes for myself for lunches.

The other day I went to the local cold storage (where the grapes are delivered after being picked) and picked up a flat of each red and green's that I split with a friend. So I had 20lbs of grapes to myself I had to do something with and saw this instructable. Still not sure....gonna have to try it again! (lol jk). I sent it with my Mother to her sewing group, they nearly polished it off and want the recipe. This group of women ranging in age from 50 to almost 90 can really cook, you got their approval. I can bet this dish will be made by a bunch of these ladies in the near future. Thanks for an awesome recipe.
