Gypsyman (author)2008-06-30

pyrotechnical (author)Gypsyman2009-05-20

if he lived in new mexico he would know that hatch is the only real green chile :)

desertdog (author)pyrotechnical2010-06-20

Amen to that. You can't get real chile anywhere else.

dcole64 (author)desertdog2010-09-16

Hmmm...Poblanos...This is not New Mexican by any means. You HAVE got to try Hatch. Hatch is the ONLY way to have a REAL New Mexican green chile cheeseburger. Fresh roasted this time of year! Reminds me I need to pick some up...

ESunde (author)dcole642011-07-03

yea hatch is the only way to go! Some people just can't take the heat though. And liljon you suck for cutting and pasting a recipe. espeacially one that doesn't use hatch

I was excited to see a new use for green chile but as I read through, I realized that this is actually Bobby Flay's recipe. Thanks for sharing with the community but please be sure to give credit where credit is due.

PatriotsRiot (author)2008-07-05

Interesting that you use oregano. I would've assumed you used cilantro. I'll have to try this.
