Nows the time to extract the cookies from the baking sheet, you must work quickly because the cookies will harden and make folding impossible. Starting from the edges carefully but not slowly loosen the discs from the sheet. Some of you might want to wear gloves, I have tough man hands, so I can bear the fresh form the oven cookie heat. Once freed place the prewritten precut fortune in the middle of the cookie (I've included a list of fortunes in this video's liner notes) fold the edges till they meet, pinch the subsequent edges together, and viola youve made a fortune cookie
