half table spoonful of saunf (dill)
one table spoonful of coriander powder
turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar to taste
grated ginger ( half a table spoonful)
one table spoonful of chick pea flour
Procedure-Peel the green peas ( about 2 cups) and boil them on microwave high for 5 mins.
Crush the green peas in the mixure coarsly.
Put 3 table spoonfuls of groundnut oil in a pan.
Put cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Put one tablespoonful of coriander powder, little turmeric powder, red chilli powder ( according to how much spicy you want) grated ginger, one teaspoon, saunf , half tablespoonful, to the oil.
Then put the grated green peas stir it until it becomes dry. Add salt and sugar to taste.
Put a little chick pea flour to make this filling gather so that you can make balls out of it.
Take white flour and put oil in it till the flour sticks with the oil.
Knead a dough.
Roll small puris out of the dough, put the filling in it and close it to make kachoris.
Fry the kachories in hot oil till golden brown.
