After setting off the smoke alarm last night and learning the Some-things-should-never-be-grilled-indoors Lesson, I needed a quick way to put a smile back on my husband's face that didn't involve grilling, sex or clean laundry.
That left Ice Cream... naturally! He loved it so much the first go-round, I decided to step it up a notch.
This time I microwaved the stuffed Banana instead of grilling it. (1 minute on high) It turned out perfect! I also added fresh Strawberries, Chocolate sauce, Caramel-Almond sauce and Whipped cream to the regular lineup below.
Forgiveness is MINE... and I got a big hug and kiss, too! I SO love a happy ending!

I don't really care for bananas usually, but I could eat this once a week... and gain a pound with every serving. 8-/
since these food contests began, I win at last 3 pounds lol ..
because I make these amazing recipes here and
try something new .
My kitchen is always a mess. hohohohoho
Sure this banana will be my next Sunday's dessert.
