Grilled Banana Split- Update

Grilled Banana Split- Update
***Update: 6/16/2011***

After setting off the smoke alarm last night  and learning the Some-things-should-never-be-grilled-indoors Lesson, I needed a quick way to put a smile back on my husband's face that didn't involve grilling, sex or clean laundry.

That left Ice Cream... naturally! He loved it so much the first go-round, I decided to step it up a notch.

This time I microwaved the stuffed Banana instead of grilling it. (1 minute on high)  It turned out perfect!  I also added fresh Strawberries, Chocolate sauce, Caramel-Almond sauce and Whipped cream to the regular lineup below.

Forgiveness is MINE... and I got a big hug and kiss, too!  I SO love a happy ending!

Grilled Banana Splits... a loving dessert encore to your perfect BBQ... and it may just steal the show!

So simple with just a few minutes of preparation.  No fuss, no muss, and just plain yummylicious!

You can prepare this dessert for grilling a few hours ahead of time if desired.

They say "There's a first time for everything."  If you've never tried a Grilled Banana Split before, this may be your first, but it won't be your last.

That's a promise!

Next time I am only making 1/2 because we could not eat all of ours. I hate to throw out food. I figured my brother would eat some like usual but he didn't. On a diet.
