I knew we would grill on the weekend, and pineapples were on sale at the grocery, so I bought two of them, thinking that I could make dessert as well as dinner right on the BBQ.

Some people make glazes to soak the pineapple in before grilling, but I think they have enough sugar to stand on their own. I think the glazes with sugars or honey are too much. Let me know what you think. Thx! eric.
