McCormick Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt
1 Lemon sliced
Once the pompano has been cleaned, using your hands, cover the entire surface of both sides with Olive Oil. Sprinkle the outside and inside with Sea Salt. Stuff with Basil, Oregano and Lemon slices. Grill until skin is crispy on both sides. The pompano pictured above was quite large and I grilled it for about 4 min on each side.
