Grow your own wheatgrass

Step 2Step 2: soak

step 2: soak

soak ~2tbsp seeds in water for 8-12 hours at room temperature, I use a clean mason jar (or any other container you have on hand) to soak them in.

Make sure there is enough water to cover seeds and then some.

This amount of seeds is good for an 8X4inch tray so if using a different size tray adjust accordingly.

This water is known as wheat berry tea if left left to soak for a day in the sunshine. I only use spring or rain water with a tiny pinch sea salt to up the mineral count. Never town supply tap water. Drink it at the end of the day. It packs as much punch (on a different level) as a shot of wheat grass juice. It centres me. Probably synchronises brain hemispheres. Uber clarity.
