There is a major sporting event that is on the horizon and although we never watch it we sure do party as if we did and guacamole is always invited!  Be dip ready with this very easy recipe.  Game on...or off...the commercials are funny....sometimes.

 - 1 very ripe avocado*
 - chopped cilantro ( a little goes a long way)
 - 1/2 a lime
 - 1/2 a jalapeno, seeded and diced
 - 1/2 tomato, chopped
 - salt
 - cumin
 - onion powder (no fresh onion on hand)
 - garlic powder

*If there are avocados on sale and they are rock hard and you have patience, you will be rewarded!  Buy the avocados, place them in a brown paper bag, put the bag in a dark place...wait 2 - 3 days and they will be perfect!! I promise!!
