Indulge in a rich, decadent dessert, and feel guilt-free! Prep: 10 min Cook: 11 min Stand: 45 min Chill: 2 hours Serves 4
1 3.5 ounce premium dark chocolate bar 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 large egg 2 tablespoons fat-free milk 3/4 cup cool whip lite
Coarsely chop dark chocolate bar.
Combine chocolate, sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continually until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Gradually whisk about half of melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
Add the chocolate-egg mixture back into the saucepan with remaining melted chocolate, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; transfer to a non-metallic bowl and let stand for 45 minutes.
Fold cool whip gently into cooled chocolate mixture until blended.
Spoon evenly into 4 glasses or cups. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Top each serving with cool whip and berries. Enjoy!
