Think this mixture would be durable enough to make a mold of my strat body? it would be pretty sweet to have a clear guitar considering that clear is my favorite color. lol...

There's not much chance of it holding up to much use. This resin is kind of cheesy. Also it tends to not cure up when poured in thick batches. You'll want to find a more lasting (but harder to find and probably more expensive) alternative.

You should look at two part castable urethanes like these: http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/CastingMaterials/URETHANES/clearurethane.htm

It's also going to be pretty important to make a good mold and either vac the mixture or cast it in a pressure pot to reduce the bubbles clouding up the mix.
