Step 3 Insert Foam Board into the Binder Bar

The earlier prep foam board will be inserted from one end of the binder bar and pushed along till it is fully in. Using a steel rod (a nail works too), put it in front of the steel ruler to make it easier to push in the foam and protect the foam from tearing off the ruler.

The foam will expand a bit when you are pushing it in, so the taping on the ruler might need some adjustments along the way. Please be patient and guide the foam slowly ensuring is in properly. Towards the end it will be harder to push it in, be mindful of your hands when pushing.
