bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius
melt the chocolate ( "bain Marie" it).
place some chocolate on the flat part of the cookie with a butter knife (or dip them in it), and place another cookie on top.
Let them cool down so they stick together. You are done! Enjoy!
