Ingredients
1. 1/2 Cup butter
2. 1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 CUP Brown sugar
4. 1/2 Cup peanut butter
5. 1 Egg
6. 1 Teaspoon vanilla
7. 1 2/4 Cup flour
8. 1 Teaspoon baking soda
9. 1 Teaspoon salt
10. Hersey kiss one for each cookie


Instruction
1. Pre-heat oven to 375
2. Cream together butter, both sugars, and peanut butter.  Add 1 egg and vanilla.  Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Form in walnut sized balls.  Roll in white sugar and place them on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.  Press hersey kiss into cookies when fresh out of oven.
5. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.  (If you make the balls a little smaller it makes about five dozen) 





Good work! My mom makes this recipe every year. My middle daughter eats the chocolate off and hands back the cookie part. You get a 100 for the project. Congratulations!
Try them with a dark chocolate kiss. For some reason everyone I've gotten to try them (even people that HATE dark chocolate) loved them. Best part the dark chocolate becomes smooth and creamy after it's been heated through and cooled, not brittle or hard. Just plop them in the cookie about two minutes before taking out the cookies from the oven.
