Step 1: Step #1
ALL YOU NEED IS TO OPEN "CMD" WITH ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGE
(you can do it by searching for an cmd.exe file then right click on it and run as administrator)
NOTE: THIS TRICK WILL ONLY WORKS IF AND ONLY IF YOU ARE A ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PC
And So if you are a administrator, just goto cmd and then proceed to Step #2
Step 2: Step#2
-So just type:
-then press enter
(it will show you the list of accounts available in your pc)
-then proceed to step #3
Step 3: Step#3
Here in this case i'am going to change administrator password because i(user) forget administrator password.
since we know, for everytime you change your account password, windows will firstly ask for current password and then the new password and so on check!
but if you forgot your current administrator password then it creates problems, but to overcome this:
1-your pc have to run on administrator /administrator privilege
then this trick will be very useful for you(users).

Step 4: Step#4
net user administrator * (press enter)
(type your new password and press enter)
(again type your new password and press enter)
With administrative privilige, you can also change your local accounts password too by following the same format:
net user (account/user name) *
then set your new password.
Step 5: Step #5
belong to specific account name.

so administrator password is now change without knowing the previous one.
This trick helps alot to recover.
