HOW TO MAKE STUFFED PANCAKE BITES!!!!!!! BOYYY$$$

Over the course of ones lifetime they will be confronted by many situations where stuffed pancake balls are a necessary component to survival. These instructions have been passed down through the ages from the most noble shammans.  We hope this recipe is most useful to you in your bodacious endeavor.

Step 1: STEP 1 -THE INGREDIENTS!!!

You will need:
1 non-stick 7 well pancake ball pan
1 pair of chopsticks
1 stick of butter - half melted - half for greasing pan
2 cups of flour
1 and 1/2 cups of whole milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
4 eggs - seperated - yolks lightly beaten - whites wisked to soft peaks
Your choice of filling - we used blueberry jelly

MAKES 6 PANS - 42 PANCAKE BALLS

The pan is actually for Æbleskive. It's a Danish dish. I grew up making this things.

Yummy! Have you ever thought of filling them with cream cheese? Perhaps not the healthiest thing for breakfast, but I bet it would taste good. :D
