Step 2:

Fix USB Extension Cable in your plastic case. There is four wire 1-red ,2-white ,3-black and 4-green.Cutout the white and green wire Red wire is for positive and black for negative.Fix first 9v battery clip and plug into the wire. Now fix second 9v battery clip into your plastic case.

Step 3:

Join USB red wire to charger red wire and USB black wire to charger white wire. Now for AC Voltage solder the battery clip black wire to negative wire of charger and red wire to positive terminal of charger.IMPORTANT NOTES- Today there is different types of charger people have so for AC Voltage there is red and black wire so you can join that wire with battery clip and cover it with electric tape.Install all the components..................

IF YOU DON`T WANT TO USE BATTERY CLIP SO DON`T USE.IN THE PLACE OF BATTERY CLIP YOU CAN USE SINGLE PLUG HOLDER AND FOR SECOND BATTERY CLIP YOU CAN USE PLUG.I AM USING THIS CHARGER WITH BATTERY CLIP FROM 3 MONTHS AGO

Pics not big enough to see whats going on. Instructions is lacking details too. More pictures in more steps would be better. :-)
I dont have any camera i have a mobile with 2 mega pixel camera so i am sorry for the problem you have face..i edit this post with details in few minutes just wait
Are you really using a 9volt battery clip for AC ??? Very dangerous !! It's a shock hazard & a fire hazard ! Those connectors use PAPER as insulation inside -not rated for more than a few volts. Why not just take the wires inside the case & solder them to the board ...
i am using this charger from 3 months and it was working very well and when battery clip joined together it was difficult to touch those metal terminals.....but i appreciate your comment and i write (WARNING-DO NOT WHEN SWITCH IS ON) on the battery clip.
that sounds good to me too! forget the battery clip! <br>
thanks for your comments I really implement what would you say
In addition to the battery clips being unsafe, the wire you are using to connect to the wall socket are severely undersized. I applaud your ingenuity, but you really need to study basic electrical theory before you start a house fire.
I agree, best stick to low voltage until you can study up! But don't be discouraged ,just careful. If you have questions, just ask, there are a lot of people on this site &amp; others who are willing to share their knowledge. PLAY SAFE !!
