Step 3: Create Hole for USB Jack

Just take a dremel and cut/sand out a hole for the jack. Once everything fits back together, superglue the case back together. I then put hot glue around the jack to hold it in place and to keep stuff from getting inside. You might not have to do that if you can cut the hole precisely.
