Once you are prepared start by either throwing the hacky sack into the air or by volleying the hacky sack with your foot.

Hint: You’ll want the hacky sack to be at chest to shoulder height allowing for ample time to set up.

i would like to say that this is not an original move i have been using it for two years but we call it the "jester" and a variation would be the "switch jester" u do the same move while in the air. just saying.

Yeah, I know this as the jester too. I think it is more popular to do this in the air because it is more comfortable.
