anyone have a druid costume? i want to dress up for Hollow's Evening old school style! (i hope someone gets the joke)

nice joke :P

That should be easy: for a ceremonial look: just a sheet of any colour fabric (or an old sheet) cut a hole for your head in the middle & fold the long sides over your front & back & trim the sleeves to fit you if you want (sort of like a long poncho) They (almost) always carry a "crane bag" or a sack to collect fethers, sticks, rocks, leaves, etc. a walking stick and sandals or barefoot would work as well. Happy Samhain! Otherwise just dress up like all my druid friends: normally lol :]

I would suggest making a dominican robe (how ironic is that?) and then do some liquid latex or acrylic face painting.  That would probably get the point across.

A friend of mine did that a few years ago, and we all went out caroling, "we wish you a happy Halloween and a Pagan New Year!"

I do have it too I've been looking for a costume of Cookie Monster for like 3 months I guess I'll just have to do it my self, it's gonna look bad and inappropriate xD Anyone feel like making an Instructable on that?
Sep 29, 2009. 4:34 PMwatermelonhead says:

Sep 24, 2009. 11:36 AMHonus says:
Is that what they call the disease I have? I'm waiting for the T.V. commercials. Do you pester your co workers about Halloween in April? You might have EHS...
Sep 24, 2009. 12:52 PMwatermelonhead says:
Co-students, and yes, actually! I've been thinking of my hand-out-candy costume since Nov. 1st :D I was OVERJOYED when i went to the dollar store and saw HALLOWEEN decorations in AUGUST!!!! YAY!!!
Sep 27, 2009. 3:53 PMbethehammer says:
Unfortunately, most of the other stores already have their halloween stuff out, but I fear the selection of items is pretty lame compared to last year. Usually Walmart, Target, Big Lots, and the dollar stores have a better selection of decorations..... looks like I am going to have to build a lot more this year! Thank Goodness for Instructables and all the creative folks here that inspire me :-)
Sep 29, 2009. 4:33 PMwatermelonhead says:
yeah, just at target yesterday. Bleah. Store-bought usually sucks, anyway :D
Oct 6, 2009. 5:51 PMred-king says:
but this year's store bought stuff is even worse....
Sep 29, 2009. 4:36 PMwatermelonhead says:
And I just bought 3 Halloween shirts to add to my pwning collection!
Sep 24, 2009. 6:08 PMskimmo says:
i dont think we dont really do halloween in australia something about watching round at night scabbing food off your enighbour i dont it seems a bit dodgy
Oct 4, 2009. 11:26 AMred-king says:
you aren't scabbing it off them. they're giving it to you. it's the same as being invited to their house and joining them for dinner. except with candy, and only staying for like a minute. and not entering there house
Sep 29, 2009. 4:35 PMwatermelonhead says:
Yeah, I've heard that. Ok, hoe's this sound: YOU get to run around wearing a COOL costume (from an instructable, of course) and get FREE candy!!!
