Step 2: Soldering

Your first step will to be to solder the above image. You can find this exact soldering kit on Frys.com @ http://www.frys.com/product/5417919?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG . It will include all instructions on how to do the basic soldering that this project requires.

Step 3: Add the Eyes

Your last step off soldering will be to install the battery and the eyes that light up. In order to do this, you will need to have bought the Breadboard Jumper Wires ($5 on amazon.com), Coin Button Cell Battery Holder ($4.50 on amazon.com), and the Lithium 2032 Coin Batteries ($13.40 on amazon.com). Install the Breadboard jumper wires into the board, and then solder in the battery. Next, attach the LED lights to the tips of the jumper wires and WALLAHHH.

Step 4: Install Into the Skull

You are almost done! Your last step will be to drill out the holes of your desired Halloween decoration so that the decoration lights up. After you have drilled out all of the holes, lace your LED kit through the decoration so that the battery is the only part you have access to. Congratulations you now have your own Halloween decoration that you created from scratch!
