Halloween Nails-Spooky!

It's Halloween! I thought I'd do some cute/scary nails to celebrate! :P
I decided on 3 'themes':
1. Pumpkin
2. Spider
3. Ghosts
I did wo of each nail but you can use the designs in whatever way you want!

Step 1: 1. Pumpkin!

This is my first theme a pumpkin!!!
You can decorate with different faces than mine but never have one hand of one face (it makes the pumpkins feel sad :( )
So read on.....

Step 2: What You Will Need

You will need...
Clear
Green
Very bright Orange colours of nail polish
&
A black nail art pen!

Step 3: Basecoat #1

Ok... Here is the boring bit we have to do every time!
BASECOAT TIME!!!
Paint our nails with a clear basecoat!
Try to make sure it's as smooth as possible as this shows through the design when it isn't

Step 4: Orange

Now paint your nails orange once the clear has dried!

Step 5: Lil' Stalk

Now paint the top of you nails green. Try to get a contrasting green and paint it blobby along the top rather than straight!

Step 6: Yay the Fun Part!

Draw the faces on using the thin part of your pen!

Step 7: Ta-da!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ta-da!
You're done!
Enjoy your nails and if you want them to keep for longer, paint a clear topcoat over them!

Step 8: 2. Spiders

My spiders!
These are really cute and have a good effect!
You can change the back colour but i thought it worked well!

Step 9: What You Need

Clear
Dark purple
Sparkly purple/black
Black nail art pen!

Step 10: Basecoat #2

Boorrring...
Repeat as for Pumpkin!

Step 11: Purple

Paint your whole nail purple!

Step 12: Spider's Body

Paint on a large blob of your sparkly nail paint at either the top or bottom of your nail. I tried both!

Step 13: Thread and Legs

Using your nail art pen, draw on a thin line down your nail (from body to end of nail) for the spider's thread.
Then, take your pen and draw on, either side of the body, four legs (making 8 in total!)
 Again, you can add a clear top coat if needed to last!

Step 14: Finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your spiders are finished!

Step 15: 3. Ghost!

This one is quite good for thumbs as it's a fat design.
i didn't try it on fingers, so i would like to see how that works out if you do it!
I ended up not using my nail art pen on this one!

Step 16: What You Will Need !

Clear np
White np
Black  sparkle np

Black  np
OR
Black nail art pen

Step 17: Basecoat #3

Basecoat
Repeat as spider & pumpkin

Step 18: White

Paint nail white.
You may need a couple of coats!

Step 19: Face

Use the black nail paint or nail art pen to add eyes!
I used black sparkly np for the mouth but you can use whatever combonation you want, like:
Black eyes & mouth
Black sparkly eyes and mouth
Black eyes & sparkly mouth
Black sparkly eyes & black mouth

Step 20: Bye! & Thanks!

You are done!
