Step 1: Preparation
Cut the puff pastry in stripes for the body and cut a small pieces for the head. Place a few gouda pieces on a strip and wrap it around the bottom from a sausage. Wrap a small piece of puff pastry around the head and place it on baking paper. Now make a few more like this.
Step 2: Finish
Put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes. Now paint eyes out of ketchup & mayo and they are ready to enjoy. Look at my other work.
