Halo Halloween Part 2

Halo Halloween Part 2
This Instructable is a follow-up on my previous "Halo Halloween." If you have not seen part 1, this will not be very useful to you. In this Instructable, you will need everything except the visor. Since you have probably seen my first one I'll just skip the the process/pictures.

Step 1The Pepakura

The Pepakura
For this step, all you have to do is go to 405th.com or halo costuming wikia. Download whatever detail level you want, pick Mark 6, (again that was the one I used, I am not forcing you to pick it) Yoy will use pepakura designer to scale it to your body with 405th tutorials. Print the armor out on cardstock.

this has an awsome aint job, but like said by yubel, you should have put some bondo (car putty) on it to smoothout the "paperish"look, but verynice work, keep it up, spend the extra money so that if you sell the suit, you could get several more hundred dollars for it.

if you plan to not use that as a mold. I'd suggest using fiberglass car pudding + sanding to get rid of that paper look.
