It's an appetizer... no it's a hamburger slider... and a chicken slider... no it's a DELICIOUS sugar cookie, dipped in chocolate and topped with coconut.  Your friends and family will love this "burger" and be in for quite the surprise when they realize it's actually a cookie.

Mix the egg, vanilla extract, melted butter and sugar together in one bowl.  Then, slowly add that to another bowl with the flour.  Blend until dough is formed.  Split dough in half, to one half at 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and to the other add 1/2 tsp baking soda, mix well.

To form the top bun, use the dough with more baking soda so it will rise better.  Roll dough into balls, and then put some sesame seeds on top of it.

For the bottom bun roll into a ball, and then flatten a little bit.

For the burger or chicken patty, form as you would a normal burger patty.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
