Step 1: Supplies Needed

Toilet paper roll
Scissors
Food or treats

Step 2:

Flatten the toilet paper roll
Cut it in half
Cut one of the halves into half

Step 3:

Take one of the small rings and slide it over the big ring

Step 4:

Add food or treats into it

Step 5:

Add the last ring

Step 6:

Finished! This is my hamster Ginger playing with it!
