Step 6: Glue the top

Get a good layer of spray adheasive going and stick the top hardboard layer to the top styrofoam layer. Once the top is firmly attached continue to the next step.
I think you really need graphite flake for the carbonite look. It's not dangerous or illegal, but perhaps not so easy to obtain.
Ooooh, now that is a good idea.
I brought this to my halloween costume party this weekend and it was a hit! The only thing I should have added to this project is some kind of heating element for the queso holder. Everyone seemed surprised that I hadn't thought of that. Doh!
This should win the halloween contest (i guess..... it was on the page that displayed info about the contest)
Oh, I thought they whole El-Queso was a really bad spanish &quot;pun&quot; of &quot;incase&quot;<br/>elkaso,inkase, close enough.<br/>(Phonetic spellings)<br/>
Well, sort of. It's a take off of Han solo being &quot;encased&quot; in carbonite. Since it's a chip tray it's more &quot;en-queso'd&quot;. =D<br/>
I need a vacuum cleaner to suck up all the "lol's." This is amazing.
i guess i dont understand what this is exactly for... or the lights and stuff...
It's a themed tray to hold chips and cheese dip for a party.<br/><br/>photos of Queso dip:<br/><br/><a rel="nofollow" href="http://images.google.com/images?q=Queso%20Dip">http://images.google.com/images?q=Queso%20Dip</a><br/>
thats awsome 5/5!!
Very cool!
That's pretty good.... My boss had one of the 2500 Han Solo Frozen in Carbonite replicas... The thing was massive, but very light (foam/fiberglass). I'll look for a picture of it :P
