Introduction: Happy Yummy Heart on a Biscuit Bench

About: I am a University of Edinburgh electronics engineering student.

This is a dessert that I decided to make out to my sweetheart on Valentine's day. The day that  all girls seem to be mad about (and frankly I  still can't find the reason why). But there is truly something  different in all of this.... maybe the state of expectation you are in for a long time before. However, I like making my love happy and this is a perfect reason!
So why not show your feelings by making something special? My suggestion is CHOCOLATE, ICE CREAM, BISCUITS, COOKIES, STRAWBERRIES and (of course) LOVE  in one! In a form of the sorse of my fondness, which leads into temptation from the first look.

Step 1:

Here is how to make this heart.

Ingredients:
- 3 c. of flour
- 1 c. sugar
- a little bit less  than 1 c.
vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 tsp.
cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. honey
                *   *   *
- 1 or 2  strawberries
- 90 g chocolate
- 6 biscuits
- some ice cream
on your choice (less than 100ml)
- some chocolate sprinckles (optional)
NOTE :  1 c. ~ 125 ml

Put the first detached ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2:

Put some mixture on a baking dish and form with wet hands as shown two similar hearts with flat lower edges (so that the Cookie could 'sit' ). Heat the oven to 200 C and bake untill it gets chocolate brown colour. Then put in a plate to get cool.

*With the left dough you can make just cookies (baking them as shown above).

Step 3:

Melt the chocolate in water bath. Then half carefully 3 of the biscuits and put them in the shown order. Paste together with the chocolate and leave them to cool and settle in case they need to harden. On a piece of foil make long hands, eyes and a smile  from the chocolate that is left. Afterwards, put them in the freidge.

Step 4:

Take the ice cream (I used stracciatella - my girlfriend's favourite), slice some and smear it onto one of the hearts. Put the second one over, so that it looks like a sandwich. Take the chocolate  parts out of the fridge and put them on the 'cookie-snadwich'.
Take one strawberry and half it - that would be the  legs of the Cookie. (You can also use two strawberries or whatever berries you like.)

Step 5:

At last  you should just join the parts and the Heart Cookie will be ready (if you'd like you can put some chocolate sprinkles). Be sure to add  also much much care and love. It is really important (otherwise, it won't be so delicious).
Keep in the fridge.
At the end your effort will pay off. The best part will come - the reaction of  the person you give the Hearty!  Doesn't it deserve? Just imagine the next precious moments!

Thanks for whatching, I am waiting for your comments!
