Step 3: Rules

RULES:

Must have 3 strips of fabric to be braided
Must have 2 pieces of string to ties the ends together
Must have 3 hair ties to use as elastic for the hairband
Must have a “certified” braider braid your headband (will have to have a tag to prove)
Must have elastic cut by a person with scissors
