A smoothie (occasionally spelled smoothee or smoothy) is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit or vegetables with other ingredients such as water, ice, or sweeteners.

  • Banana - 1
  • Apple - 1
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Honey - 2 tbsp

Step 2: Steps & Serving

  • Peel the apple and cut into small pieces as shown.
  • Peel the banana and cut into small pieces as shown.
  • Put Apple and Banana piece into the mixer jar.
  • Add milk.
  • Add honey.
  • Blend it in a mixer.
  • Your Apple Banana Smoothie is ready.
  • Pour into seving glass.

It is very healthy and refreshing and you can have it anytime, in the morning to kick start your day or in the evening after a tiring day.
