Pizza is the one of the most eatable processed food that very famous. I am going to share a very good recipe to make fresh and healthy pizza. First of all we will present the ingredients of pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white or tomato sauce
  • 1 pound dough for pizza
  • Flour or cornmeal
  • 1.5 cup cheese
  • 2.5 cup cooked sausage, diced peppers, leftover veggies, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, cooked bacon and pepperoni for topping.

You will also need pizza peel, parchment paper and baking sheet.

Step 1: Heat Your Oven

First of all, you should heat your oven at 550 F and don’t to be hesitate to conduct this action because preheated oven will help to you to make more crispy and savory crust for your pizza. You must have to heat your oven for 30 to 60 minutes before baking pizza. Baking stone would also be used in baking and it should be placed in the middle of oven as well.

Step 2: Partition of Dough Into Two Pieces

Let us start making pizza. Firstly, you need 1-pound dough that could be made at home as well. As you know, we took one-pound dough that will be enough to make two pizzas of 10 inches. Now, divide the dough into two pieces for two pizzas.

Step 3: Roll Out the Dough

Generally, three distinct methods are used to roll out the dough for baking pizza. These three methods are given below:

Pizza Baked on a Baking Sheet

If you don’t have pizza peel then there is no need to be worried. You can bake the pizza with the help of baking sheet as well. It's price is also affordable. Firstly, you will have to coat a thin layer of olive oil on baking sheet and then, start working on first slice of dough and make dough into round disk shape. Then put this dough slice on baking sheet and start rolling until flatten.

Pizza with Cornmeal or Flour and a Baking Stone

Instead of baking sheet, you can also use another alternative that is pizza peel. In this method, just sprinkle the flour o cornmeal in pizza peel and lay the dough on pizza peel. After laying on pizza peel, you will have to start rolling the dough with hand and this process will continue for 5 minutes and stop this rolling procedure for next 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you can again start rolling the dough until flatten.

Pizza Baked on Parchment

Instead of pizza peel or baking sheet, parchment paper could also be used to flatten the pizza dough as well.

Step 4: Pizza Topping

Just start spreading the sauce from the centre to edges and pile the other ingredients like diced peppers, leftover veggies, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, cooked bacon and pepperoni as the topping of pizza.

Step 5: Baking

This is the last step in which you will just have to transfer your pizza on baking stone from baking sheet or pizza peel but in the case, if you don’t have pizza stone then just bake your pizza in oven on pizza sheet. Then, bake pizza for 5-10 minutes to get crunchy taste and golden brown color.
