Introduction: Healthy Onion Rava Uthappam
Do you want a simple, healthy Onion Rava Uthappam. Here is a quick recipe to make tasty onion rava uthappam with other ingredients: Tomato, Green Chillies (according to spicy), Ginger, Coriander leaves, Salt, Slightly sour curd, Oil.
Tips: You can add Capsicum, Carrot also it will increase the taste.
Step 1: Prepare Batter
Mix 1 cup rava , 1/4 sour curd, Salt in a Bowl. Mix it well gradually adding water until batter has slightly thicker than dosa batter. Keep it for 30 minutes. Aside cut the ingredients (onion, tomato, coriander leaves and green chillies).
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Mix the Ingredients in batter and check the consistency by adding some water.
Step 3: Heat the Non-Stick Tawa
Heat the non-stick tawa on medium heat, on medium hot reduce the flame. Add some drops of oil. Pour and Spread the batter in a circle or shapes as of our wish. Drizzle oil around the edges.
Cook until the color changes to brown and flip it to cook the another side.
Step 5: Serve Hot Onion Rava Uthappam
Now our onion rava uthappam is ready and Serve it with chutney or ketchup. you will love the spicy taste.
