Introduction: Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Hello everyone! For all of you pumpkin pie/pumpkin spice lovers out there this one is for you. This recipe is PERFECT for Fall. This is actually Whole Food's recipe for this smoothie. It is yummy AND healthy! Enjoy :)
Step 1: What You'll Need
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk or coconut milk
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Step 2: Put All Ingredients in Your Blender!
Use the ingredients from step 1 to complete this step!
Step 3: Blend Your Ingredients Together!
This smoothie tends to be a little thicker from the pumpkin puree and bananas!
Step 4: Top It Off With a Little Whipped Cream and Enjoy!
I like to put it into a Mason Jar to make it appealing!
