Introduction: Healthy Snack. Homemade Potato Chips
Eating potato chips is fun. The taste is delicious & many flavors!!!.
Now you can make it by yourself.
Usually we make it by removing the potato skin. But now I'll make it without removing the skin of potatoes.!!!
potato skin is have many benefits, like:
lowering bad cholesterol in the body
reduce high blood pressure
reduce fat in the body
- reduce stress
increase your endurance
- And many more!! WOW!!!
Ok lets make it!
Step 1: You Need:
- Potatoes (Wash)
Step 2: Slice the Potatoes!
- Slice the potatoes, thin as possible
Fill a bowl with water and one tablespoon salt
Soak the potatoes into the bowl, ± 1-2 Hours (to make the potato crispy & Delicious)
Step 3: Cook It!
- Cook the potatoes (I fried the potatoes, But you can roast the potatoes)
- Cook until crispy & drain until the oil is lost
Step 4: Finish
- Give a little flavouring
Ready to taste it
