Introduction: Healthy, Tasty Green Smoothie
Here is a wonderful way to get those greens that we all dont care for into our diets in a tasty way. This is called green drink or green smoothie.
Greens (any kind: lettuce; parsley;cillantro; kale; collards, you get the point)
Juice concentrate (I use apple and pineapple)
Put your water and greens in the blender and blen until its smooth( I dont have the best of blenders so it comes out finer if I do it this way, but you can decide)
Once your greens are all blended nicely, add the juice concentrate. You can add as much or as little as you like, this is only to sweeten it and add a nice flavor. You can add the ice if you want it like and icy drink. Pour in a glass and enjoy!!
