Introduction: Healthy and Fresh Chewy Fruit Cake Without Using Oven

Firstly, you will have to require following ingredients to make chewy fruit cake at home:
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 140 grams of all purpose flour
- 171 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoon of water and powdered sugar
- 1 tea spoon of baking soda and baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of tutti fruiti dry fruit
- Chopped orange peel and 1 cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dates, candied cherries, walnut and raw cashews
- 1 piece of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
Step 1: Grind Your Spices & Separate Some Sugar
In first, your will have to grind all spices which are consisting of nutmeg, cinnamon and orange peel. However, it is necessary to cut these spices into small pieces before inserting them into grinder or coffee grinder. After the completion of grinding process just put these powdered spices into a separate bowl. You will also have to aside 3 tablespoon of sugar in a separate bowl as well.
Step 2: Mix Fruits and Nuts With 3 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour
Second Step is very important and you will skip this step, your cake will be prepared in appropriate manner. In second step, you will have to mix fruits and nuts with 3 table spoons of all purpose flour properly. This is the very significant process of this recipe. Combine mixture of butter and eggs with all purpose flour in very appropriate manner. Then add 3 tablespoon of sugar that we have already separately in the beginning. Electronic mixer could also be used in this regard.
