Introduction: Healthy and Nutritious Peanut Delight Smoothie
Do you like peanuts? Then our easy to make Peanut Delight Smoothie is just right for you. It is a mixture of ingredients which provide a good source of vitamins and nutrients than can be a great substitute for a meal. Put your taste buds to the challenge and enjoy this wonderful blend of peanuts, peanut butter and milk.
Step 1: Gather Ingredients and Supplies
Ingredient list
- 1 Bag of peanuts
- 1 Can of Carnation milk
- 1 Cup of water
- 1/4 Cup of brown sugar
- 1 Reese's cup (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter
Supplies
- 1 Blender
- 1 Ziploc bag
- 1 Cup opener
- 1 Tablespoon
- Measuring cup
- 1 Pitcher (optional)
Step 2: Gathering Peanuts
- Take the peanuts out of the shells
- Place unshelled peanuts in Ziploc bag
- Smash the peanuts in the bag (can use milk can to smash)
- Dispose shells into the trash
Caution) Make sure not to hurt your hands while smashing the peanuts
Step 3: Blending
- Place the smashed peanuts into the blender
- Measure 1 cup of water and pour into the blender
Step 4: Adding Milk
- Pour a can of carnation milk into the blender in segments
Step 5: Adding Peanut Butter
- Add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter into the blender
Step 6: Adding Sugar
- Add 1/4 measuring cup of sugar into the blender
- Blend on high for 30 secs (three times)
- Blend well
Step 7: Pouring Into Pitcher (optional)
- Carefully transfer the mixture from the blender into a pitcher (optional)
Step 8: Pouring the Product to Serve
- Pour the finished product of peanut smoothie into a glass of your choice
Step 9: Decorating With the Reese's Cup (optional)
- Slice a piece of the Reese's cup about a 1/4 into the candy with a knife as shown in the picture
Caution) Carefully handle the knife
Step 10: Serving the Smoothie
- Place the Reese's on the edge of the glass
- Add ice to chill the drink
- Enjoy it
