Putting on the Ritz, eh? Nice.

Do you know what can you do to make the cheddar-flavored Cheez-it crackers?  I haven't seen a powdered cheese product for baking and I don't think there is any real cheese in it.

Great and yummy looking make btw.

Any how there are many alternatives to that cheese powder dilemma of yours.
Just use your imagination.
There is the popcorn topper you can get in the spices section of some stores that have a powdered cheese you can use.

You can use that nacho cheese powder mix that you normally find in the Mexican isle of a store.

And if there's such thing is dehydrated cheddar cheese soup mix in the soup section, you can use that.

Oh yeah, don't forget to check bulk food places, they usually have mac n cheese powder in a bin for bulk buying needs.

I hope that helps. :)

Thanks for the thought. I doubt if I can find anything without an alphabet soup mix of chemicals and preservatives but neon-colored crackers might be cool.
