These are headphones that i made for riding my Dirt bike. I basically attached Velcro to the side of my headphones so they would stick to the inside of my helmet. And attached my ipod shuffle to the back under the liner. and to git rid of the access cord i wrapped it back and forth and taped it together to keep the cords from going every where.

Headphones may come out of the ear due to vibration. I did something similar, but I used speakers instead, to get spoken directions from my GPS.
