Step 1: Sunshade

One of the easiest ways to ensure that the sun isn't a threat to your car is by picking up a sunshade. Okay, so they're never going to win you any accolades in the style stakes, but the main thing is that they work. They prevent the sun from cracking or fading your dashboard, and help you out from the perspective that you don't burn your hands every time you place them on it.

They're a good bet from a long-term standpoint as well, when it comes time to trade in or sell your car then the condition of your interior can be a big factor when it comes to you car's value, and can help to limit the need for windscreen repairs.
