Place a serving of salmon fillet (of about 250-300 grams) on a lightly oiled parchment paper lined baking dish, skin side down. Top the fish fillet with the herb & crumb mixture, pressing gently.
Bake at 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillet, until the fish flakes easily with a fork, or to desired doneness. Serve this delicious crusted salmon with potato gratin or with homemade pasta.
